Government.
The Principality of Walkoria runs under an Absolute Monarchy system. The current ruler being HRH Prince Easthope I.
This means that all decision making, law, policies, international relations etc come under the ruling monarch. Ultimately the ruling Prince/Princess cannot be challenged but will always be ready to listen to new ideas and the concerns of his/her people.
As Walkoria has progressed over time and gained more and more attention internationaly, it has become obvious that a small advisory government would need to be established to help the assist the Prince in day to day duties and decisions.
Slowly, a collection of ministers are being recruited who possess specialist knowlage and have a genuine interest in the long term health and benefit of the Principality of Walkoria.
All government officials are sworn in to parliament by HRH Prince Easthope I, therefor no elections are held and no maximum terms are used. HRH can add government officials over a period of time and choose to dissolve parliament and strip ministers of their position at any time. Ministers don't possess any real power other than a certain amount of influence towards the Prince, future policies and international affairs.
Of course, a serious breach of practice would be needed for HRH to strip a minister of his/her title. Prince Easthope works on a policy of respect and benefit of the doubt and will always offer a second chance to his citizens unless an offence too great has been committed. The maximum punishment for this a strip of duties, honors and citizenship.
Walkorian Government officials are viewed with a great deal of respect and so are expected to act accordingly, lead by example and stay honest and true to our nation, its people and its ruling Monarch.
